The Monetary Limit for Applications to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in 2025 Set at 149.000 TL

The monetary limit for consumer disputes in 2025 has been announced through a communiqué published in the Official Gazette. According to the new regulation, Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees will be responsible for disputes valued below 149.000 TL. This arrangement aims to protect consumer rights and ensure the swift resolution of disputes. Disputes exceeding 149.000 TL will be handled directly by Consumer Courts.
