IMPORTANT PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

As of 7 October 2026, we have been informed by numerous individuals across Türkiye that various messages have been sent using the name “İLKEM Hukuk”.

We hereby state that these messages have no connection or affiliation whatsoever with İLKEM Law Office, its lawyers, or its employees. The name and professional identity of our law office are being used by third parties without our knowledge or authorization.

We therefore strongly urge the public not to trust or respond to any suspicious messages sent under the name “İLKEM Hukuk”, not to contact any telephone numbers or access any links contained in such messages, not to make any payments, and not to disclose any personal or financial information.

The necessary legal proceedings have been initiated immediately in relation to these unauthorized and unlawful activities carried out using the name and identity of our law office, and a criminal complaint has been filed with the Kuşadası Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office.

The matter is currently being pursued before the relevant judicial authorities, and we expressly reserve all of our legal rights and remedies in relation to any unlawful use of the name or identity of our law office.
